Data collected

Qualification form: name, surname, email, phone, company, role, sector, company size, automation goals, tech stack, budget, timeline, referral channel. All fields are voluntarily provided.
Technical data: IP address (anonymized), country of origin, user agent, Turnstile anti-spam token. No identifying cookies.
Analytics: aggregated traffic data via Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Purpose

Form data is used to: (1) reply to your request, (2) assess project fit via automated scoring, (3) send confirmation and notification emails. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Data is kept as long as needed to handle the request + 24 months for commercial follow-up. You can request deletion anytime via email.
